Privacy policy

In short

You upload photos so we can make a film from them. Your photos, clips and films live in a private account that only you can see. We do not sell data, we do not train models on your photos, and we delete everything when you ask.

Who we are

Reelive is operated by a registered business in Israel. The service is offered to customers worldwide. For any privacy question, write to hello@reelive.co or message us on WhatsApp.

What we collect

Account details: name, email address, preferred language and currency, and a profile picture if you signed up with Google.

Your content: the photos you upload, your own music files, text for the opening and closing, and the clips and films made from them.

Purchase details: which packs you bought, when, and in which currency. Card details never reach us; they are held by our payment provider (Stripe).

Technical data: browser type, IP address and pages used, to keep the service secure and fix problems.

Why we use it

To produce the clips and films you asked for. Each photo is sent to a video processing provider only to create that clip, and is deleted there after processing according to its terms.

To manage your account, packs and payments.

To answer messages and handle refund requests.

To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

What we do not do

We do not train artificial intelligence models on your photos or films.

We do not show your photos to anyone, including other customers or in marketing, unless you ask us to in writing.

We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

Who sees your content

You, through your account. And anyone you send a share link to, for as long as that link is active. You can revoke a share link at any time from inside the app.

A small support team may open your project only if you asked for help with it, and only to handle that request.

Providers that help us

Storage and sign-in: Google Firebase (servers in Europe).

Payments: Stripe.

Video processing: a video model provider, which receives only the photo needed for the specific clip.

Each provider is bound by contract to use the data only to provide its service to us.

How long we keep it

Photos, clips and films are kept for as long as your account is active, so you can rebuild your film for free.

Deleting a project deletes its photos and clips. Deleting your account deletes everything, including account records, within 30 days. Ask from inside the app or by email.

Payment records are kept as Israeli law requires for bookkeeping.

Your rights

At any time you can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it. Write to hello@reelive.co and we handle it within 14 days.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Cookies

The site and app use essential cookies for signing in and remembering your language and currency. There are no advertising cookies on the marketing site.

Children

The service is for people aged 18 and over. Photos of children are uploaded by a parent or guardian and under their responsibility.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will email active accounts before the change takes effect.
