Terms of service

In short

You buy a pack once, you get a fixed number of clips and redos, and you build a film from them. No subscription. 30 days for a refund. The film is yours, the photos are yours.

Who provides the service

Reelive is operated by a registered business in Israel ("we"). Use of the site and app is subject to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

What the service is

You upload photos. We produce a short video clip from each photo using an artificial intelligence model, and let you join the clips into one film with an opening, a closing and music.

The first clip on every account is free and needs no card.

Packs and payment

A pack is a fixed number of clips and the same number of redos. Prices are shown on the pricing page in dollars and shekels. Payment is one-time and processed by Stripe.

Clips in a pack do not expire while your account is active. Building the full film from your clips does not use any clips and can be repeated for free.

A redo uses one redo from the pack. When redos run out, a further redo uses a clip.

If a clip fails because of a problem on our side, the clip is returned to your account automatically.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund on a pack within 30 days of purchase, by WhatsApp or email. The refund goes back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

After the refund, the remaining clips from that pack are removed from your account. Films you already downloaded stay with you.

Your content

The photos, music and films you upload or create are yours. You give us a limited licence to process them only to provide the service.

You confirm that you have the right to use the photos and music you upload, and that the people in the photos (or their parents) do not object.

Do not upload content that is abusive, sexual, misleading, or infringes the rights of others. We may remove such content and close an account that breaches this.

What to expect from the result

Clips are created by an artificial intelligence model. The result is not always perfect, and sometimes a redo is needed. That is why every clip comes with a free redo. We do not promise that every photo will come out exactly as you imagined.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times, but there may be pauses for maintenance or provider outages. In the event of a long outage that prevents you using a pack, we extend the refund period accordingly.

Liability

The service is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.

Closing an account

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may close an account that breaches these terms, after notice, except in serious cases.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Israeli law. The courts of Tel Aviv have jurisdiction, subject to consumer rights in your country.

Changes

We will email you about a meaningful change to these terms at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use after that date counts as acceptance.
